Vadim Maksovich Galperin was one of the most outstanding Russian economists and lecturers. His death was closely felt within the School of Economics Institute. Vadim Galperin was a person of manifold gifts and good company. He could discuss with enthusiasm the smallest details of economic theory. Due to Vadim Maksovich Galperin there was always an atmosphere of professional culture and freedom of opinion on the Editorial Board of "The School of Economics" journal. We plan to publish the "Selected Works" of Vadim M. Galperin.
